Stewart advises on all types of corporate transactions including business incorporations, company and business purchases and sales, restructurings, shareholder exits, dissolutions/windings up and joint ventures. He acts for a wide range of clients from sole traders to PLCs and pension funds and including a number of family-owned and SME businesses.
