Ursula assists predominantly with transactional work in all areas of Commercial and Residential property as well as Banking Security. She has gained valuable experience in all aspects of Commercial Property including Landlord and Tenant work, Purchases and Sales and Leases as well as assisting with Real Estate portfolios and also provides support to the Private Client and Litigation teams. Ursula is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and holds a Level 6 Professional Higher Diploma in Law and Practice. She is also an Accredited Paralegal with the Law Society of Scotland.
