ACAS Guidance: Reasonable Adjustments for Mental Health

In order to support both employers and employees, ACAS has recently published guidance on making reasonable adjustments, specifically in circumstances where the issue is mental health related. In this podcast, we discuss what the guidance covers, and what practical steps employers should be taking in light of this guidance.
