We can assist with the obtaining and operation of a sponsor licence. Once you are registered with the Home Office we can help you ensure that you satisfy the requirements in relation to advertising and are paying the correct salary to allow you to obtain a Certificate of Sponsorship for the employee. Finally, we can help the employee with their immigration application to ensure that their visa is obtained and your business is not disrupted by a refusal.

Our approach to fees
Where possible we offer fixed fee packages for advising on employing overseas staff. We break our fees down according to the stages of the process so our fee for each aspect of the work is clear. If it is not possible to offer a fixed fee then we will provide a clear indication of the likely fee based on agreed scope of work.

Highlights for the group included advising the relocation company. AGS-360° Solutions on immigration and visa matters for its clients, including BMW. It also carried out an immigration compliance audit for Skyscanner in relation to new-start employees.
