Very often it will be possible to negotiate the settlement of an employment dispute without your case going all the way to a full Employment Tribunal hearing. However, if that isn't possible we'll ensure that your claim is thoroughly prepared and presented at the Employment Tribunal as robustly as possible.
There are very strict time limits for raising an Employment Tribunal claim so advice must be taken without delay.

We understand the importance of providing fee clarity and value for money. We offer fixed fee packages for bringing Employment Tribunal claims. If it's not possible to provide a fixed fee then we'll provide a clear indication of the likely fee based on an agreed scope of work.
