At Morton Fraser we have highlighted clarity as our guiding principle.
This directs the way we communicate, the way we advise, the way we conduct relationships with our clients and the way we are totally transparent and upfront about our charges. This applies to all our services from the straightforward to the more complex.
From Thursday the 15th March, Director of Public Law Lynda Towers and Planning and Local Government Partner Rory Alexander will attend the 2018 Solar Annual Conference.
Rory previously headed up the in-house legal team at the City of Edinburgh Council providing legal and strategic advice across the varied service areas of the Council. As a result, Rory has a clear and in-depth understanding of the inner workings of local authorities and both the challenges and opportunities facing the sector at this time. Rory has worked closely with elected members and senior officers to ensure that clear, concise and legally robust advice is provided, taking into account the commercial, political and social factors that local authorities face.
Rory will host our exhibition stand during the conference so please feel free to come talk and take some information away with you.
