Hayley Johnson

Legal Director

Hayley is a Legal Director in our highly regarded Employment Law team. She is an experienced employment lawyer who has an established reputation in the market for advising employees facing workplace disputes and negotiating senior executive departures.

Hayley also advises employers across the private and public sectors on a wide range of employment issues, including redundancy, contractual disputes, policy reviews, managing grievance and disciplinary processes and industrial relations. She has particular expertise assisting public sector and charity clients having previously worked in policy development.

She is also an experienced litigator having conducted her own advocacy in Employment Tribunals throughout Scotland, England and Wales appearing at both the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal on behalf of both employee and employer clients.

Having originally qualified in England, Hayley undertakes work for clients throughout the UK.

Hayley is regularly asked to speak at conferences on matters related to employment law and discrimination.
