Since at least the mid 19th century, the English courts have admitted a common law principle of insolvency law referred to in contemporary parlance as the "anti-deprivation rule" (the "ADR"), and known historically as "fraud on the bankruptcy laws"1. The basic premise of the ADR is that a device through which a bankrupt estate is denuded of an asset in fraud of the bankruptcy laws is in essence void as a matter of policy.

Trolls are a mythical creature in Nordic folklore, often found in caves or rocky areas. In this recent decision in a Court of Session IP action, no folklore involving forest trolls or mountain trolls featured, rather it concerned the Troll Inn, a small, "troll themed" pub in Dundee, near the city’s two football stadiums.
Every year, thousands of children take part in Beep Beep! Day. This is a Road Safety awareness campaign specifically targeting children aged between 2-7.
