In addition to offering general advice on employment, commercial contracts, litigation and property, we also provide specialist advice in relation to affordable housing such as development and portfolio acquisitions, planning agreements, golden brick arrangements, funding and housing management (including tenancies, factoring and debt recovery).
We also act for the Scottish Government housing divisions and are involved in a number of strategic schemes to improve housing supply for private sale, private rented and affordable across the country.
