Collette is a chartered tax adviser who specialises in providing bespoke tax planning advice.

Having worked in legal, accountancy and financial services professions, she is able to bring a fully rounded expertise to her clients. She has advised clients in all areas of personal, capital, trust, property and inheritance taxes.

Collette has been involved in tax compliance for over two decades with the last decade spent advising high net worth clients on succession and inheritance tax planning. She aims to understand their needs and assist them to maximise their assets during lifetime and to structure their estates as tax efficiently as possible in order to maximise the estate they can pass on to their loved ones. Clients she has advised range from straightforward taxpayers looking to make the most of annual exemptions to very large landed estates made up of several ultra-high net worth generations including family companies and trusts. She has considerable experience dealing with claims for inheritance tax relief for business interests and agricultural property.

She also advises on tax residency issues as well as assisting clients making disclosures to HM Revenue & Customs in respect of various tax matters.

Collette is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and an Associate Tax Technician (ATT) as well as being a full member of STEP (The Society of Trusts & Estate Practitioners).
