Iain is a partner and the head of our Corporate sector. He is also a member of the Sports Law team and the non-contentious Restructuring and Insolvency team.

Expertise

Business expertise

Iain also acts as in-house lawyer and director of client companies including Bookajet.com Limited (executive jet services).

He divides his time between Edinburgh and London, having worked previously in London for 15 years. Much of his work has a cross-border or international flavour.
