It is the team's responsibility to ensure that the process of taking on new clients is efficient and stress-free for our fee earners and customers. As part of becoming a client of Morton Fraser MacRoberts, clients will be asked to complete an online verification process- Amiqus. Morton Fraser MacRoberts' cares deeply about its clients and the community and will do everything possible to avoid being taken advantage of by criminals using fake identities. It is Jamie's role to ensure clients are appropriately identified, using Amiqus, so fee earners and clients alike can be assured they are dealing with a compliant, transparent firm. Jamie aims to ensure that the onboarding process is as easy as possible for every party involved and, when issues do arise, hopes to offer sensible, clear advice.
