She acts for clients at all stages of the employment relationship including advising on the legal aspects of recruitment, drafting documentation, advising on employee relations and redundancy exercises and negotiating severance arrangements. She regularly represents employers and employees at the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal.
Lindsey leads the Firm's Equality Team and is a regular speaker and commentator on employment law topics both for training companies and in the Press.
