I found the advice Lindsey gave was honest, proactive and candid.
We were very happy with all aspects of the service provided including speed of response and high quality of client care, transparency of pricing and, perhaps most importantly, the quality of the legal advice received.
I can't thank you too much for your help and professional guidance over the last few months. It has been a most stressful time, and your counsel has been invaluable in many ways.
Really delighted with the way Lindsey dealt with this.
"I approached Morton-Fraser after having lost my job as a Manager without being given a satisfactory reason and finding myself unemployed for the first time in my life. Lindsey Cartwright assessed my case. I guess I was in a pretty shocked condition, having been with the employer for thirteen years, however Lindsey gave me confidence that I had a been unfairly treated and was quickly able to secure a settlement which removed any immediate financial concerns. Perhaps equally importantly she sympathised with my situation and showed real concern for my predicament. In short she cared."
"I would highly recommend Lindsey and Morton Fraser to any individual or Organisation who require Legal support and commend them for their level of professionalism."
