Nicole advises employers on a wide range of employment law and HR issues, such as conducting a fair disciplinary or grievance process or making redundancies in the business. Nicole also regularly represents employers at the employment tribunal.

Nicole advises employees on a wide range of employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious, including unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, workplace discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE issues. Nicole is also particularly involved in reviewing and advising employees on settlement agreements and in negotiating favourable settlement terms for employees. She also advises employees on the strength of any tribunal claim which they might have and represents employees at the employment tribunal.
