Paul is a Partner in our Corporate division in Glasgow. 

Paul is an experienced and commercial lawyer specialising in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, private equity, commercial contracts, joint ventures, company start-ups, partnerships and director disputes.

He is also the head of our Sports Law team and the principal legal advisor for a number of sports clubs and governing bodies.  Paul is also a non-executive director of Scottish Hockey.

Business expertise

Principally based in our Glasgow office, Paul acts for a broad range of clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters.  He specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, private equity, commercial contracts, joint ventures, company start-ups, partnerships and director disputes.  Paul has particular experience in advising on cross-border transactions and regularly assists domestic and international clients with their legal needs in Scotland.

Paul is the head of our Sports Law team and regularly advises a number of Scottish sports clubs and organisations on issues such as governance, legal structure, discipline, commercial contracts, sponsorship and charitable status.  Our Sports Law team has grown significantly in recent years and is ranked in the Chambers legal directory.
