They are supported by our construction team which deals with both contentious and non-contentious work, including claims arising out of insolvency.
Our commercial litigation and employment teams routinely advise on insolvency and restructuring matters, including on TUPE, director's duties, disputed adjudication of claims, challengeable transactions, ledger collections and recovery of directors' loan accounts.
