Within our employment team we have a specialist discrimination and equality team that has an excellent track record of successfully pursuing discrimination and equal pay claims for our clients. Sarah Gilzean leads our discrimination and equality practice and is one of only six discrimination experts in Scotland accredited by the Law Society of Scotland.
Although our discrimination lawyers are based in Edinburgh and Glasgow we are able to provide discrimination and equality advice over the telephone or via a video call throughout the UK.

Our approach to fees

We understand the importance of providing fee clarity and value for money. In most cases we can meet with you and provide you with an assessment of your situation, including our view on your options and a recommendation, for a fixed fee.
