In mid to late 2021 we expect to see increased activity in the student accommodation market in the UK, and in Scotland more specifically, as the successful vaccine programme rollout and attractiveness of UK universities should lead to high occupancy rates in September 2021, and assuming that is the case there would appear to be a weight of money ready to be invested in the perceived safe haven of "living", of which the student market is an established and significant sector.
We have acted on student deals in all major university towns and cities within Scotland including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, St Andrews, Dundee and Stirling.
